Applicants must have previous full service dining experience with knowledge of wine & cocktails for server positions. In addition, must be someone who has great customer service skills, self-motivated, dependable, and willing to be team player.

Line cooks must have culinary experience, with passion, knowledge of food and cooking techniquess, a big smile, outgoing personality, self-confident, full of energy and willing to learn also able to follow health codes and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen
